Frequently Asked Questions
For Truck Repair & Maintenance

What type of heavy trucks do you provide repairs and maintenance for?
We provide repairs and maintenance on all makes and models of commercial heavy trucks.
Do you provide maintenance services for public or private fleet operations?
Yes, we can provide repairs and maintenance services for any size of fleet operation.
How often should tires be rotated on a heavy truck?
We recommend rotating your truck tires every 6000miles or during every other oil change. Rotating your tires will prevent uneven wear and tear on your tires.
How often should I check my alignment?
We recommend checking your alignment on a yearly basis along with your regular maintenance checks.
Why does my truck pull to the left or right when I brake?
Your truck may be experiencing issues with the hydraulic brakes, the steering or chassis.
What should I do if my truck starts to overheat?
If your truck overheats for a long period of time, it could damage your diesel engine. Turn off the engine and do not attempt to check the fluid level in your radiator by yourself. It is best to get your vehicle towed to a heavy truck repair facility for immediate service.
I’ve been in an accident, do you carry parts for my truck?
Yes, we carry OEM parts for most major models of heavy trucks. If we do not have the part you are searching for, our team will help you locate quality parts replacements for your vehicle.
Do I need to get a CVIP Inspection for my vehicle?
The Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) is required by Alberta Transportation for truck-tractors, light trucks, commercial truckers, trailers, semi-trailers and buses. We provide certified CVIP inspections for all models of heavy trucks and our licensed technicians will make sure everything is working as it should.
